Ming-Phos/铜催化的亚甲胺叶立德与硝基烯烃的不对称[3＋2]环加成反应

手性吡咯烷骨架是合成具有生物活性的化合物、天然产物、药物和催化剂的重要中间体,其高效的不对称合成方法是有机化学研究热点之一.该工作通过一类新型的Ming-Phos手性配体实现了铜催化的亚甲胺叶立德与硝基烯烃的不对称[3+2]环加成反应,以较好的非对映选择性和对映选择性合成了一系列手性吡咯烷类化合物（ee值高达98%,产率高达95%）.该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简单、底物普适性广以及配体合成简单易制备等众多优点.     

An Ylide Transformation of Rhodium(I) Carbene: Enantioselective Three‐Component Reaction through Trapping of Rhodium(I)‐Associated Ammonium Ylides by β‐Nitroacrylates

The chiral Rh^I–diene‐catalyzed asymmetric three‐component reaction of aryldiazoacetates, aromatic amines, and β‐nitroacrylates was achieved to obtain γ‐nitro‐α‐amino‐succinates in good yields and with high diastereo‐ and enantioselectivity. This reaction is proposed to proceed through the enantioselective trapping of Rh^I‐associated ammonium ylides by nitroacrylates. This new transformation represents the first example of Rh^I‐carbene‐induced ylide transformation.     

Total Synthesis of Gracilamine

The total synthesis of gracilamine, a pentacyclic Amaryllidaceae alkaloid, was achieved from simple building blocks. The synthesis features a mild photo‐Nazarov reaction, intramolecular 1,4‐addition, and an intramolecular Mannich reaction. This approach not only confirms the C6 stereochemistry of natural gracilamine, and also provides a novel solution to prepare its derivatives and structurally related natural products.     

Catalytic Asymmetric Functionalization of Aromatic CH Bonds by Electrophilic Trapping of Metal‐Carbene‐Induced Zwitterionic Intermediates

Asymmetric functionalization of aromatic C? H bonds of N,N‐disubstituted anilines with diazo compounds and imines is reported for the efficient construction of α,α‐diaryl benzylic quaternary stereocenters in good yields with high diastereoselectivities and excellent enantioselectivities. This Rh^II/chiral phosphoric acid cocatalyzed transformation is proposed to proceed through a metal‐carbene‐induced zwitterionic intermediate which undergoes electrophilic trapping. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first asymmetric example of metal carbene‐induced intermolecular functionalization of aryl C? H bonds.     

利用非接触式电磁感应线圈探头测液体电导率

采用交流电源激励,自制传感器探头,利用标准电阻定标,得到电导率与输出电压的关系,通过定标曲线,得到不同浓度NaCl溶液的电导率.通过测量探头的频率特性,得到输出电压随频率变化的曲线,选出最佳测量频率.     

Two new least-squares mixed finite element procedures for convection-dominated Sobolev equations

Two new least-squares mixed finite element procedures are formulated for solving convection-dominated Sobolev equations. Optimal H(div;Ω)×H ¹(Ω) norms error estimates are derived under the standard mixed finite spaces. Moreover, these two schemes provide the approximate solutions with first-order and second-order accuracy in time increment, respectively.     

Parallel characteristic finite element method for time‐dependent convection–diffusion problem

Based on the overlapping‐domain decomposition and parallel subspace correction method, a new parallel algorithm is established for solving time‐dependent convection–diffusion problem with characteristic finite element scheme. The algorithm is fully parallel. We analyze the convergence of this algorithm, and study the dependence of the convergent rate on the spacial mesh size, time increment, iteration times and sub‐domains overlapping degree. Both theoretical analysis and numerical results suggest that only one or two iterations are needed to reach to optimal accuracy at each time step. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Spectral radius of digraphs with given dichromatic number

Let D be a digraph with vertex set V(D). A partition of V(D) into k acyclic sets is called a k-coloring of D. The minimum integer k for which there exists a k-coloring of D is the dichromatic number χ(D) of the digraph D. Denote G_n,k the set of the digraphs of order n with the dichromatic number k≥2. In this note, we characterize the digraph which has the maximal spectral radius in G_n,k. Our result generalizes the result of [8] by Feng et al.     

Controlled Remote Preparation of a Two-Qubit State via Positive Operator-Valued Measure and Two Three-Qubit Entanglements

Utilizing a proper positive operator-valued measure (POVM) instead of usual projective measurement, we present a new scheme for remote preparation of a general two-qubit state in either distant ministrant’s place. In the scheme, we exploit a GHZ-type state and a W-type state as the shared quantum channel, and the remote two-qubit preparation can be realized in a probabilistic manner via two ministrants’ collaboration. Furthermore, we also explore the scheme’s applications to some special ensembles of states in detail. The success probabilities in different cases are calculated, respectively, which show that the remote preparation can be achieved with higher probability provided that the prepared state belongs to the special ensembles.     

Enantioselective carboxylative cyclization of propargylic alcohol with carbon dioxide under mild conditions

An enantioselective carboxylative cyclization of propargylic alcohols and CO2 was realized under mild conditions,based on a kinetic resolution strategy,which enabled the synthesis of chiral cyclic carbonates and propargylic alcohols with promising yield and enantioselectivity simultaneously.
